Registration Process
Becoming a resident at River Place North is simple. Follow the steps below to complete your registration and activate access to amenities.
1. Prepare Documents
For Renters:
Lease or Lease extension
For Owners:
Closing Documents
Proof of Homeowner Liability Insurance
Required for All:
Government Identification
Passport-styled Photograph
Phone number
Email address
Emergency Contact (Name and Phone number)
2. Submit the documents
Submit your documents via the New Resident Registration Form or deliver them in person to the Management Office.
3. Pay Registration Fee
$100 – New Registration
$35 per new Fob (Non-Refundable)

4. Receive RPN ID Card
We will provide you with a River Place North ID card to validate your amenities. Once registered, you may:
Access the building via a key fob
Pick up your packages at the Concierge Desk
Use the lockout service
Reserve the Community/Party Room
Reserve the freight elevator
Use the loading dock
Obtain a River Place ID card at the Entertainment Center (Gym) for gym/pool use
Renewal of Registration
If your lease is extended, re-register for $50 to keep your key fob and other RPN amenities active.
Your registration will be extended to the new lease end date. If your lease is renewed monthly, your registration will be extended for 3 months.
Renewal Process
1. Prepare Documents
For Renters:

Renewed River Place North Addendum
2. Submit the documents
Submit your renewed lease/lease extension and updated RPN addendum via the Registration Renewal Form or deliver them in person to the Management Office.
Note: This process will have to be repeated every 3 months if you are on a month-to-month extension.
