Mailboxes
Mailboxes are located in the mailroom behind the Concierge Desk. Tenants should obtain their mailbox key directly from their landlord. Please note that all mailboxes are owned and managed by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any issues with locks and lost mail must be handled directly with the Post Office.
For your convenience, the nearest post office is located at 1550 Wilson Blvd, Suite 100, Arlington, VA 22209.
Packages
Package handling is provided by the Concierge Desk as a courtesy and is available to registered residents only. You will receive a text and/or email notification when your package arrives. Please present your RPN ID (registration badge) when picking up packages.
Due to limited storage space and high delivery volume, residents are required to pick up packages promptly. Packages that remain unclaimed for more than five (5) days after notification will be considered abandoned and either returned to the sender or disposed of.
River Place North Housing Corporation is not liable for lost, damaged, stolen, misplaced or misdelivered packages. If you have any concerns or expect valuable or perishable items, please arrange alternate delivery options.
