River Place North does not accept cash. Most amenities may be paid online, and all payments may be made by check.
Online payment
To make online payment for amenities at River Place North, please go through the entire instructions below before you start:
1. Visit: Property Pay or Link: https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com
2. Select “Pay Amenities” (Access fobs, registration, renewals, etc.)
3. Confirm “Yes” to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
4. Fill out the form with the following information:
Management ID: 7101
Association ID: 23
Guest Account Number: 23RPLNGUEST
Important: The address “4330 Prince William Pkwy Ste 201, Woodbridge, VA 22192” (the address of our accounting firm) will automatically appear. Please do not modify this address.
5. Under “Amenities Available”, select “All.”
6. Choose the item(s) you would like to pay for.
7. Select “Pay by Card” or “Pay by eCheck” and complete your payment.
