The Concierge Desk is open Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our concierge staff assists residents with package handling, new resident registrations and renewals, and coordinating reservations for the freight elevator and the Community/Party Room. They also provide general guidance and basic community information to residents and visitors. Please present your ID when requesting services. The Concierge Desk is closed on federal holidays.

River Place North provides complimentary Wi-Fi in the Community/Party Room for residents’ convenience. For internet service in your unit, residents can choose from available providers within the building, including Starry, Verizon, and Xfinity (Comcast). Residents should contact these providers directly for details on plans, prices, and installation.

The laundry room is located on the basement level and is accessible 24/7 with your building key fob. All machines accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the Clothesline Mobile App. Oversized washers and dryers are available for larger loads. Residents are encouraged to use the Clothesline Mobile App, which allows users to check machine availability, make payments, track cycles, and receive alerts when laundry is complete. For assistance with machine issues or refund requests, please contact FMB Laundry at 1-800-832-6193 (ext. 1) or service@fmblaundry.com or via the Clothesline Mobile App.

Snack and beverage vending machines are located on the basement level, between the elevators and the laundry room.

The community room on the lobby level is open daily for small gatherings and quiet studying. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, and the refrigerator can be used for shared convenience; please remove all personal belongings when you leave. Registered residents may reserve the room for private events with up to 28 people for a three-hour rental fee of $75. Reservations can be made at the Concierge Desk or online.

The secure Bike Room, located on the basement level, is available to registered residents on a first-come, first-served basis. An annual registration fee of $50 applies, and registration must be renewed each year. In accordance with Arlington County Fire Code, electronic scooters are not allowed in the Bike Room.

The loading dock is available for move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and short-term drop-offs. During weekday office hours, the Management Office handles loading dock reservations, while after hours and on weekends, the River Place Gate House manages them. For quick drop-offs, residents can request a loading dock pass for up to 30 minutes; overnight parking is not allowed.

Vehicles illegally parked are subject to towing at the owner’s risk and expense.

Complimentary lockout assistance is available to registered residents through the Management Office during normal business hours. After hours, residents should contact their landlord, property manager, or a licensed and insured locksmith of their choice

River Place North allocates two complimentary standard extermination treatments annually to manage common pests throughout the building. These treatments are arranged on a rotating schedule, and residents are not required to be present during the service. Additional treatments beyond the standard service—for instance, bed bugs or large infestations—are the responsibility of the shareholder.
