The Board of Directors meets monthly, typically at 5:30 p.m. of the fourth (4th) Monday of each month, via Zoom. Board meetings are open to shareholders only (tenants are not permitted to attend).
Meeting minutes are the official record of discussions, decisions, and actions taken during a board meeting. These minutes provide a historical record of board decisions for homeowners, future board members, and external stakeholders such as auditors or legal professionals. Minutes must be approved at the following Board meeting before they can be published. As a result, minutes are generally available one month after the meeting date.
Under the RPNHC Bylaws, the Annual Shareholder Meeting is held every March in the evening.
