Moving In /Out & Deliveries:
· Moving is designated between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m from Mondays thru Saturdays. Residents must make loading-dock reservations prior to their move in and out dates for guaranteed accommodations.
· Large/bulky items such as furniture, appliances or other big size deliveries must be transported in the freight elevator. Reservations/use will only be granted to individuals that have provided the required $200 security deposit (returned immediately after a damage free inspection).
Freight elevator measures are: - 8 ft 7 inches High- 72 inches Wide- 44 Inches deep.
Elevator door measures: 36 Inches Wide- 6 ft 8 inches high.
Registrations:
For building and resident safety, residents must have a current RPN I.D. card for services and amenities; we highly encourage everyone to carry this card at all times.
Registration is available Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekends. The following items will be needed:
· photo ID
· $25 registration fee
· Lease agreement
All reservations regarding moving, the freight elevator, and party room use are to be done with the concierge located in the lobby as well as registration.
Shareholders, if you plan to have tenant(s), please ensure they are aware of this information so we may best accommodate everyone’s needs.
