Moving / Deliveries and Registration

Moving hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday – Sunday. Reserve the freight elevator and a loading dock slot in advance to avoid conflicts. See the office or Front Desk. A $200 deposit is required to reserve the elevator. It is returned after successful inspection. Front Desk hours are Mon-Fri 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-7pm. You may mail the deposit to :

Large items, such as furniture and appliances, must be moved in the freight elevator. Check in at the Front Desk at the start of your reservation and the elevator will be locked down for your private use. Freight elevator dimensions:

Height: 8 ft 7 inches Door width: 36 inches
Width: 72 inches Door height: 6 ft 8 inches
Depth: 44 inches

Building Access – An active key fob is required to access the building. See our Building Entry System page for information about activating your key fob.

Resident Registration & Renewals
Registration documents must be uploaded online at

1.Provide Documents

-Picture of Government ID
-Lease for Renters or Settlement Statement for Owners / Shareholder
-RPN Lease Addendum
-Passport style picture of resident for RPN ID card (selfie accepted)

2. Pay Registration Fee Per Lease Term

• $25New Registration for Renters
• $0 New Registration for Owners / Shareholders
• $10 Renewal
• $50 per new FOB

Receive RPN ID Card

We will provide you a River Place North ID card validate your amenities. Once registered, you may:

• Access the building via key fob
• Pick up your packages at the Front Desk
• Complimentary Wifi account access code
• Use the lockout service*
• Reserve the Community Room*
• Reserve the freight elevator*
• Use the loading dock
• Obtain River Place ID card at the Entertainment Center (Gym) for gym/pool use

Renewal of Registration

If your lease is extended, re-register for $10 to keep your key fob and other RPN amenities active. Your registration will be extended to the new lease end date. If your lease is renewed monthly your registration will be extended for up to 3 months. Email your lease addendum or extension to rpnfrontdesk@yahoo.com to request a registration renewal. . This process will have to be repeated every 3 months if you are on a month-to-month extension.
