River Place North homes are individually owned. The Management Office does not rent out homes and maintains only the information displayed here on rental availability. River Place North charges a $25 registration fee for your River Place ID card. Contact the Management Office in advance of your move-in to obtain a loading dock pass and reserve the freight elevator.
