River Place ID - Residents are required to register with the Management Office and obtain an ID card. Use it to access the gym, swimming pool and lockout service.
Front Desk - The front desk is open 7 AM to 11 PM daily. The staff receives packages for resident pick up, provides key service, and coordinates freight elevator and party room use. Please show your River Place ID when requesting services.
Laundry - The laundry facility is on the basement level. Use your building key for 24 hour entry. Payment is by cash card, available for purchase in the laundry room. Add money using a debit or credit card. Oversized washer and dryer available.
Vending - Newspaper, snack, and beverage machines are on the basement level.
Party Room - The party room is available by reservation upon receipt of a refundable cash deposit.
Extermination - Free extermination services are provided on Fridays. Contact the Management Office to make an appointment.
Freight Elevator - The freight elevator can be reserved by registered residents free of charge. Contact the Management Office to make a reservation.
Storage - The basement level storage room contains storage bins. Contact the Management Office to find out if a bin is available for your home. The key is available at the Management Office weekdays and by reservation at the Front Desk after hours and weekends.
River Place Self-Storage - When you need more secure storage or your storage needs outgrow the bins, River Place Self-Storage offers reasonable rates on various sized secure storage units. River Place Self-Storage is a privately run business accessible from the lower level of the parking garage adjacent to our building. Phone (202) 207-7062.
MOECA Prep School - Mantle of Elijah Christian Preparatory Academy, known as MOECA Prep offers early childhood education for children ages 2 - 5. MOECA Prep is located on the ground level of our building and River Place residents receive wait list preference as well as discounted tuition. Phone (571) 882-3297.
Lafayette Federal Credit Union - River Place owners and most residents qualify for membership in LFCU. Take advantage of all the benefits of credit union membership including a huge free ATM network, great rates, low fees and mortgages on River Place homes. To join, click Membership > Become a Member.
